Moment-to-moment, Non-judgmental Awareness

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) helps guide people through the challenges of day-to-day life. This is the state of being aware of something and focusing on those thoughts and feelings. According to Kabat-Zinn, the basis of MBSR is mindfulness, which he defined as "moment-to-moment, non-judgmental awareness." It helps people live full lives and take better care of themselves.
