Individual Training & Small Group Sessions
Work with one of our professionals in a private or small group setting to get custom exercise to meet your unique goals. You can achieve your goals with consistent hard work.
What to Expect
Each session is 45 minutes to an hour. You’ll:
- Discuss your goals and progress
- Warm-up
- Work through goal-specific exercises
- Cool down and stretch
After each session, you and your coach will discuss steps to take at home before the next session to continue progressing and keep you healthy and resistant to injury.
Team Training
Get more wins this season when you train as a team. Our exercise professionals understand the unique demands of athletes and will tailor your team's session around your team's goals and players. We'll assess your strengths and weaknesses as a team, then customize warm-ups, drills, and resistance training to make you a tough competitor.
Baseline Assessments
Track the success of your short- and long-term goals, and analyze your movement patterns, mobility, endurance, and core strength. You’ll receive a baseline test at your initial session, then again periodically, to assess your progress.
