Home Care Training

When we visit and provide home health services, you’ll receive education about:

• Caring for your medical needs
• Healthy lifestyle recommendations, including nutrition and exercise planning
• Staying safe at home and preventing falls
• Taking medications correctly
• Using home medical equipment
• When to contact your doctor or seek urgent or emergency care
• Wound care

Depend on our providers to listen to your concerns and answer questions. Feel confident you’ll have the tools you need to stay comfortable at home while preventing problems that may increase your risk of hospitalization.

Home Medical Devices
