Cardiac Rehab Testimonials
Explore experiences of cardiac rehabilitation – a program of supervised exercise and education.
Reach Your Fitness & Heart-Health Goals
"On a follow up visit to my cardiologist, he referred me to the Cardiac Rehabilitation Center to be in a structured program rather than trying to exercise without supervision. This was the best advice anyone could give a cardiac patient…There are many gyms, exercise clubs and franchise organizations all over, and while some claim to have trained instructors, these individuals might not have the professional training your nurses have. Once again let me say thanks to Adventist HealthCare for such a highly organized and professional service."
Cardiac Rehab After Bypass Surgery
"After having bypass surgery, my cardiologist suggested I enroll in cardiac rehabilitation. It was the single most important thing I could have done for myself. I learned important factors relative to my illness: dealing with stress, important facts on nutrition, covering a low-fat low sodium diet and maintaining an optimum weight. I learned the importance of regular exercise. This program has enabled me to get back to life, doing all the things I feared would forever be beyond me. Additionally, I know that I would not have gotten involved in all of the above were it not for the center. The staff at the center has been an excellent source of information and encouragement. They have been unfailingly kind and patient. I am thankful for this cardiac rehabilitation program."
More Confidence & a Healthier Lifestyle
“I was very impressed with the program as it developed a new lifestyle and confidence within myself following surgery. The kindness extended to me made me realize the worth of such a great program."
