Frequently Asked WiFi Questions

What is the name of your guest WiFi network?

Complimentary wireless internet access is provided to patients and visitors via the "AHC-Guest" network.

What do I have to do to connect?

Simply bring your laptop, PDA, or other wireless-enabled device with you to the hospital and connect using your wireless network card.

When you first connect, you’ll notice “Terms and Conditions” for use and access at the hospital. When you click “Accept”, you’ll be automatically granted access.

Guests with laptops and other wireless devices must have experience in connecting to wireless networks as Adventist HealthCare does not provide any assistance in connecting to the wireless network.

Where and when can I connect?

The wireless network is available throughout the hospital. It is not available at the medical office buildings that are often adjacent to the hospitals. The wireless network is available 24/7.
