About Shaun Khosla
Shaun Khosla, MD, is a board-certified general orthopedic surgeon and treats a variety of musculoskeletal conditions including broken bones, arthritis, knee and shoulder injuries, and joint pain. He also has a special interest in shoulder conditions and arthroscopic shoulder surgery, including rotator cuff and labral repairs.
Dr. Khosla was born and raised in the Northern Virginia area, having graduated from St. Stephen's and St. Agnes School in Alexandria, VA. He went on to complete his undergraduate education at Colgate University and attended medical school at the University of Virginia School of Medicine. He then completed an orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Rochester Strong Memorial Hospital. While at the University of Rochester, he presented several orthopedic trauma lectures as well as grand rounds and case presentations. He has also published articles in peer reviewed orthopedic journals and presented abstracts at national orthopedic meetings.
Upon completing his training and graduating in June 2009, Dr. Khosla returned to the DMV area for practice. When not taking care of patients, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and spending time outdoors.
