About Melissa Bandele
Melissa Bandele, DNP, FNP-C is a family nurse practitioner with Adventist Medical Group at the Germantown Primary Care office.
Melissa received her bachelor's degree in nursing from Tennessee State University, her master’s in nursing, family nurse practitioner, from the University of Miami and completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of Alabama.
She has over fifteen years of experience working with multiple organizations in Florida and Maryland. Prior to Adventist HealthCare, Melissa worked with Minute Clinic, Marathon Health, Community Health of South Florida and Jackson Memorial Hospital among others.
Melissa believes in providing a holistic approach to patient care while empowering her patients to lead a healthy lifestyle. She advocates for shared decision making with her patients while utilizing evidenced-based care. Melissa’s interests include preventative medicine and women's health.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exercising and spending time with her husband and daughter.
