Who Should Attend?
While primarily focused on adults, this class is appropriate for all athletes ages nine and up.
What to Expect
You'll work with our experienced, licensed athletic trainers in a small group session of no more than six (6) participants on:
- Stretching
- Foam rolling
- Targeted exercise
Parking
Easily accessible parking is available located off Bouic Avenue next to our facility located in The Galvan building. Additionally, metered on-street parking is available on Chapman Avenue, Bouic Avenue, and Thompson Avenue.
