Adventist HealthCare Shady Grove Medical Center - Outpatient Mental Health provides expert outpatient mental healthcare for children, adolescents and adults with mental illness. The Shady Grove Outpatient Wellness Clinic includes individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy and workshops, medication management and administration of long-acting injectable medication. Both telehealth and in-person appointments are available.

Access Care Quickly
The Outpatient Wellness Clinic strives to provide prompt access to care. We do not maintain a waitlist. If a provider is not available to assist you, we will refer you to another community provider.
We offer voluntary mental health services. Patients must be motivated to manage symptoms and make behavioral changes.
