Adventist HealthCare Rehabilitation is the first and only acute rehabilitation hospital in Montgomery County. Our Rockville location is a free-standing hospital conveniently located next to Shady Grove Medical Center and includes an outpatient gym for continued rehabilitation services.
Comprehensive Rehabilitation Programs
We offer comprehensive rehabilitation programs for traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, strokes, amputations, orthopedic injuries and surgeries, sports related injuries, work-related injuries and more.
CARF Accredited
Adventist Rehab was the first acute rehabilitation hospital to be CARF accredited for all four of its specialty programs in a 5-state area that includes West Virginia, Delaware, Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Inpatient Admissions
Typically, a person is referred to Adventist HealthCare Rehabilitation for an inpatient admission by a hospital or other health care facility. The discharge planner, case manager, therapist and/or doctor have determined the need for acute rehabilitation care.
