Learn the Foundations of Compound Movements
Weightlifting Wednesdays are designed for individuals interested in learning the foundations of compound movements like bench-pressing, deadlifting and barbell squatting.
Who Should Attend?
This class is perfect for beginners and athletes looking to improve their form and technique ages 12 and up.
What to Expect
You'll work with our experienced, licensed athletic trainers in a small group session of no more than six (6) participants on:
- Bench-pressing
- Deadlifting
- Barbell squatting
Parking
Easily accessible parking is available located off Bouic Avenue next to our facility located in The Galvan building. Additionally, metered on-street parking is available on Chapman Avenue, Bouic Avenue, and Thompson Avenue.
