In this four-hour, abbreviated childbirth class you will learn about labor, birth, and pain management in a lecture format. Please feel free to bring snacks and beverages to enjoy during this four-hour class.

When Should I Take this Course?
Participants should schedule to complete classes by 36 weeks gestational age (four weeks before your due date).
