Kevin S. Cargill, CPA, MBA, serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Adventist HealthCare, a key healthcare provider in the Washington, D.C. area. In his role, Kevin oversees the financial function of the organization driving strategic initiatives that enhance service line growth, optimize financial performance, and ensure long-term sustainability.

Kevin’s extensive experience in healthcare finance includes over two decades of leadership in both financial and operational capacities. Before joining Adventist HealthCare in 2020, Kevin held leadership positions with Community Health Systems (CHS), where he successfully implemented strategies that led to significant net revenue optimization and operational cost reductions across multiple hospitals. He also has deep expertise in revenue cycle management, capital investment, and regulatory compliance, consistently driving financial growth and margin gains.

Kevin holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from The University of Dallas and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oakwood University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and an active Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. His commitment to servant leadership and operational excellence has made him a transformative figure in healthcare finance, where he continues to champion initiatives that improve patient care and organizational efficiency.
