Vice President, Chief Facilities & Real Estate Officer
Geoff became Vice President, Chief Facilities and Real Estate Officer for Adventist HealthCare after serving Washington Adventist Hospital in a number of progressive leadership roles from clinical to operations. While serving as VP, COO he accepted the responsibility to serve as the VP, Project Executive responsible for the Planning, Design, and Construction of the new White Oak Medical Center campus.
With more than 25 years as a health care executive, Geoff is experienced in all levels of hospital operations. He is skilled in Hospital Operations, Health Care Regulation, Clinical Operations, Budgeting, Facility Management, Facility Master Planning, Project Administration, Land Planning & Zoning.
Geoff has health system responsibility for the planning, design, construction and maintenance of all facilities and properties. Within the system responsibilities, he oversees capital/equipment budgeting and planning, space allocation and layout, maintenance planning and contracting, and health care design and facilities standards.
Geoff received his degree in Respiratory Therapy from Columbia Union College and his bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration and master’s degree in Management and Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland.
