Anthony Stahl

President, White Oak Medical Center

Anthony Stahl joined Adventist HealthCare White Oak Medical Center in 2020 as President and has an extensive background in healthcare administration, leadership, organizational development and growing talent.

Throughout his decades of leadership, he worked and/or lived in 60 countries and five continents spearheading the growth of organizations and leaders. He worked as an executive in international development for nearly 15 years and then as a hospital executive for the past 15 years.

Anthony is passionate about helping others realize their full potential and find their passion in life. He finds joy in helping leaders create meaning in their own lives and in their organizations, resulting in motivated employees, customer commitment and improved bottom line.

Anthony earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Walla Walla College, a master’s in administration and a Ph.D. in leadership from Andrews University. He also holds a certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Anthony’s hobbies include basketball, travel, walking and reading. He and his wife live in the Washington, DC, area and have two grown sons.
