Commemorative Gifts

Shady Grove Adventist Hospital is a not-for-profit community Hospital.

All contributions go directly toward caring for patients and delivering community services. The Hospital invests its financial resources back into the Hospital and the community it serves.

Gifts of Honor

Making a gift in honor of a family member, friend or colleague can be an ideal commemoration for almost any special occasion. The gift symbolizes a tribute to the individual for which it is given and can be used to recognize births, birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, retirements, weddings, and professional or academic achievements.

Gifts in Memory

A memorial gift to Shady Grove Adventist Hospital Foundation for a deceased loved one, spouse, family member, friend, or valued associate becomes part of a living legacy through the services provided by the hospital.

If you wish to honor or remember a loved one in a more public and enduring way, Shady Grove offers a variety of naming opportunities for gifts of $5,000 and above. The Foundation Office can provide a list of opportunities.

Commemorative gifts may be made simply by including a note with your check to let us know who you wish to honor or memorialize. We will notify the family or loved one of your thoughtful gesture.
