New Tower to Open This Fall

The finest in individual care delivered in a comforting way - that’s Shady Grove Adventist Hospital’s new, four-story patient tower scheduled to open this Fall.

Our new tower reflects consideration for you and your loved ones and contains elements to nurture and support the healing process. There will be patient accommodations for cancer care, orthopedics, mother/baby suites and surgical services departments plus the latest technologies for these specialties.

Personal Space

Your comfort will be enhanced in a private room with private bathroom. Each room can easily accommodate a sleeper sofa and recliner so a family member or friend can remain close for additional support. The emphasis is to provide rest and reprieve in a highly personal space.

Art and Nature

Nature and art inspire a calm and relaxing environment which embraces the healing process. As you visit our hospital, you will experience our soothing wall colors, large windows and lobby waterfall. Each works individually and collectively to enhance your unique patient experience.

Connectivity

Our nursing stations are designed to keep you and your loved ones actively involved in your care and treatment. In lieu of one centralized station, you’ll find several open work stations so you can experience individualized care with our physicians and clinical experts at any time.

Family Comforts

We’ve also incorporated a few features designed to add to family and patient comfort. Common areas that feature small kitchens, eating areas, open space for reading plus wireless Internet access will be available throughout the new tower. This entire effort, the time and careful thought involved, reflects our commitment to you. This is your hospital and the goal is to assure it’s everything you need it to be.
