Community Health & Wellness

Health & Wellness was established to assist Shady Grove Adventist Hospital and Washington Adventist Hospital in achieving their goals of improving the health status of our community.

Our goals are to help reduce health care costs for individuals and businesses, offer a broad range of community health education programs, provide prevention programs that target populations such as children, the elderly, women, minorities and men.
